The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at PlaySimple Games (Bengaluru)
Interview
The interview process can sometimes be straightforward, especially when the requirements and qualifications align closely. In an easy interview process, the steps might include a brief resume review, a assignment, and a few direct, conversational interviews. Often, the questions are simple and focused on confirming skills and experiences, with less emphasis on complex problem-solving or technical assessments.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PlaySimple Games (Bengaluru) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward, we were given a test to complete, which was a deep breakdown of Royal Match, and another part where we had to use the logic from the previous doc to help create a new game mode for their Word game.
I did not get any reply from their company at all, which was highly unprofessional.
Turns out it wasn't just me, a lot of my colleagues and friends who had applied for the same position gave the same test and got zero replies, so basically they're fishing for ideas from candidates for free.
If you check other job platforms, they still have an opening for the past 6 months that has yet to be filled!
I would not recommend ever working here if they're already treating you like a resource before you even get the job!

Interview
Nothing much a call n then an Assignment. Once the work/test is submitted they don't replied for days until one reminds them for the same. The HR was quite rude and no work ethics.
