I had one interview with the manager. It was a simple process overall. The interview was fairly informal and conversational in tone. I was asked about my background, my customer service aptitude, and my strengths.
Group interview with two people from management and five other candidates. The questions were fairly straight forward. Overall process was easy and hassle free. I was offered the job roughly three days after the interview.
I had a 1-1 interview with the head manager. Felt pretty easy. I do know a few girls that got hired after me had to do group interviews which were not the best.
