It was quick and easy - was weird that I had to sit in a small room with 3 people though (store owner and 2 employees). One employee wrote notes while the other was asking the questions and looking over the resume.

Saw hiring post through instagram, sent my resume via email, and heard back within a week. Went in for an interview, and it was very basic behavioral questions. They also want to see if you are familiar with popular mall brands and current trends.

Super easy interview! Very quick and straightforward. I filled out a questionnaire and answered basic questions about my work experience and motivations. I got the job offer right away and accepted.
