Phone interview, on site interview, offer - Spoke with the COS on the phone, then met with the CEO and Chief of Staff on site. They were both were respectful, friendly, and transparent in the conversation. I liked them from the moment I met them and the position is what I love to do and have been doing for many years, so it was a no-brainer to accept the opportunity when offered right then and there.
