      General Manager Interview

      17 Aug 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Plarium in May 2025

      Interview

Disappointing and Unprofessional Recruitment Process: I went through 8 levels over nearly 3 months at Plarium, with two weeks of waiting between each stage. Each update came with a different excuse – sickness, personal issues, or delays with references. In the end, after all my effort,I received a generic cold email saying the process was over. No personal note, no appreciation – just an insulting ending. Exhausting, disrespectful, and a complete waste of time. Dear candidates – keep this in mind. In my view, a company that doesn’t respect its candidates is not worth your time and energy!
