Great process, fast, transparent. Three interviews, one phone interview and two in-person. Staff was kind and welcoming, and very honest about what to expect in the position. The only improvements I'd make would be speeding up the amount of time between the offer and start date. It took 2-3 weeks after accepting the position before I started.

I submitted an online application with my resume, then someone from HR reached out after about a week to schedule a phone interview. I completed the phone interview and was then invited to have an interview in-person with the one who would become my supervisor. They asked me relevant questions to assess my experience and also how I would fit in with the team. Someone from HR reached out within two days with an offer.
