The communication leading up to the interview was timely and organized. They send an email with the questions that will be asked in the second interview. Be well prepared. The first interview is easy and done over the phone with a recruiter.

I had applied to another position within the agency and HR saw my resume and decided to contact me about the position. I did an initial phone screening with HR. A week later, the field manager contacted me to do a writing assignment that included a sample email written to a prospective volunteer and scheduled a video interview with me two weeks later. A week later I was contacted for an in-person interview with three staff members at my local planned parenthood. I heard back with a final decision three days after the final interview.
