Single interview with site manager and assistant manager, after a quick phone screening. On boarding was 1 week long over a month after I had been hired by the site. Fairly straight forward. The goals and mission of the company were the main focus of the interview process.

Interview
It was good. They gave me a file right before the interview. It was a document for me to write my references as well as my work history, which was annoying. They did not tell me beforehand that they were going to do that and I didn't have some of the contact information that I needed for my references and my work history addresses and such.

Interview
Application was submitted, interviewed in person and received an offer a few days later. The clinic manager and the supervisor were present at the interview. They asked many questions about my work experience, they asked if I ever had a difficult patient and how I handled the situation.

Interview
It was a 2 part interview, one over the phone with a recruiter and then one in person with the clinic manager and anyone else that would need to be involved with the decision such as the clinician.
