Sit down in person. Easy interview, asks you questions about your work ethic, cleanliness and your friendliness. Customer service questions. Standard interview, be causal and confident. You don’t need to speak about fitness, they mostly care about your willingness to work.

Overall the company seems very unorganized and unprofessional. I had an interview a month ago with one location who said I would hear from them by the end of the week (still have yet to hear from them). And then I had an interview at another location. The manager was almost 2 hours late! Then he told me he would call me within a week... it has been 2.
