Interview
Pretty casual interview process. I was asked to give a brief background on myself and explain why I was interested in the position. My actual interview process went very well. About a week after completing the interview I was given a reply. The manager described me as " a perfect fit for Planet Fitness" and said his only critique was " not enough eye contact". Mind you we were sitting approximately 3 feet away from each other. This was enough for the manager to deny me the job opportunity I would've otherwise been offered.

Interview
Basic interview process. First they called me and asked me what is a good time to come in. I Interviewed with General Manager first. Then I interviewed with the Assistant General Manager. They were very welcoming offering me a water and gave me a tour of the facility.
Smooth and easy process. There is not intimidation throughout the interview and the company is seeking out flexible workers to fill in their spots. The company is more so looking for college students
