They were very laidback and asked about what I have going on in my life. They asked about any big goals that i had accomplished recently and asked why i wanted to join the team.
Very Easy. Nothing too serious. You just sit down with a manager and she basically feels out your personality. There will be a second interview at some point though. Be prepared for more deep questions like certain situations if a customer was to get anger
