I had a two person interview with a manager and another upper level employee. The questions were relevant and they were very willing to answer any questions I had. I personally don't mind having more than one person interview me for accuracy and oversight, however I can see how that might overwhelm or intimidate another person.
Friendly staff at the desk and positive environment. Walked around the gym and then conducted the interview after having small talk. The interview was personality and customer service based. It went pretty well and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

The process was quite Simple and Easygoing. They asked about average and expected interview questions. Nothing too crazy. People were very friendly. Chill environment. Manger made a job offer on the spot. You can choose to accept or decline.

Simple laid back. Asked about work history and background. Specific hours. Asked if comfortable standing most of the shift. Frequent cleaning. Very nice manager. I feel that younger people tend to get hired more. Pay is not that great.
