The interview process was very good. Just a couple of questions and I was off. Manager was very kind, polite and friendly during the interview. Did not expect as much from a minimum wage job.

There were 3 interviews, first one was a phone interview, second was in person, and third was a phone interview again. So it's good to keep your phone next to you at all times, be enthusiastic and positive and you'll get the job
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
