The interview process was very good. Just a couple of questions and I was off. Manager was very kind, polite and friendly during the interview. Did not expect as much from a minimum wage job.

The interviewer was concise and transparent in laying out the roles and responsibilities required to adequately fill the position and flourish at Planet Fitness. It was to some extent casual but still the necessary questions were asked on both sides.

Do you have any interests in physical fitness, and what are those interest?
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
