The interview process was very good. Just a couple of questions and I was off. Manager was very kind, polite and friendly during the interview. Did not expect as much from a minimum wage job.

The interview process was good. Questions do require thought. They were your basic personality/leadership questions but it's best to still be prepared to answer them appropriately. The manager who interviewed me was really nice and seems to be a great leader at this location. She seems well organized and well trained and it was clear she was looking for someone who has certain leadership qualities.

Tell me about a time where you had to take a leadership role?
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
