Interview
Very straight forward, extremely minimumal, easy first job drug testing as always and simple questions like any medical problem and if you could provide a fun and safe environment. Very standard interview, but if you're a known member of the gym it's extremely easy to get hired.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.
