Easy interview. They just wanted to see if applicant has linear thinking process. Some background experience and computer knowledge. Took about 30 minutes. Decision was made right on the spot!
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Planet Aid (Baltimore, MD) in Feb 2018
Interview
All things looked good, then the lady on the phone asked if I was okay with $——— as a salary. For a job at this level, talking salary on the first phone call is a red flag. I said sure and scheduled an in-person.
When I arrived at the headquarters in MD, no one was at the front desk to greet me. The lady I was supposed to interview with was 15 minutes late and offered me a drink, she brought out scolding hot water.
She asked me a few questions and went over my portfolio and website and resume then said she'd would pass my info up ladder and to wait for a call in about 2 weeks. After 3 weeks passed with no call I sent a follow up.
Nothing!
Then 4 weeks and finally I got in touch with the first lady and she not so politely said, "If they didn't reach out, then you weren't a good fit."
I moved on, but found they had posted the SAME JOB under a different name for $40,000 less money.

Don’t waste your time interviewing with this company. They don’t have a clue had what’s going on and neither will you. They will say they liked you during interview process, have you fill out background check, call your references but in all it will just be a waste of your time.
