Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. I replied within 24 hours and expressed interest. We communicated back and forth for a few days, I sent my resume and she mentioned she would present to the hiring manager. I followed up a few days later and no reply. Extremely unprofessional from a recruiting standpoint. Reject candidates instead of stringing them along if you’re not interested, even though you were directly sourcing them from LinkedIn. Not a good look.
