It was half an hour long , really friendly atmosphere , really easy interview as a whole , wanted to know about my personality as well as my skills and what I did in my free time
Face to face based on competency questions. You also needed a qualification to confirm you met the right criteria to work for PFP. Interviewer was friendly and answered all questions I had as the interviewee

Interview
Meet and greet at center with general manager, duty manager and line manager. Short interview covering content learned on NPLQ, small test, exec. Folowed by 2 4 hours shadow shifts to learn the ropes.
