This is a great opportunity for anyone who has been in the ad-tech space! They are highly reputable and well known. That being said, they really need to hire an HR person for the initial discussion. The hiring manager in question didn’t seem to care about the process and didn’t sell opportunity to work for them that well. It seemed like the questions were just whatever came to mind and had no true structure. Furthermore, they had a tendency to cut me off mid sentence for technical question to only add an odd caveat without further elaboration. Upon prodding for clarification to better answer their double barrelled question, I would receive an example of what the meant to say but seemed annoyed that I had asked.
