Appropriate, asked a series of questions about kitchen experience, plans for longevity and availability. Afterwards toured the restaurant and met internal staff (Host, Waitstaff, cooks, dish operations, shift lean, General Manager)
I was fine. Very informal, asked me some general questions about why I wanted the job, what roles I'd be interested in, things like that. Took about 10 minutes, manager was friendly.
Interview and cooking process where they judge your skills of cooking and accuracy in taste . Interview for a background check to ensure there's no criminal record and work experience in handling the kitchen.
