Pretty quick and easy. Dressed casual. Talked mostly about the reasons of working there and how long I would be staying. The interview was pretty easy because of wanting to work in the environment.

Starts with a phone interview and then 1-2 in person interviews. Pretty basic questions. Nothing off the wall. They just try to get a sense of the person you are and if you will be a good fit for the clinic.
