This was roughly a four month process from submitting an application to final round. The response time definitely depends on the part of the season the organization is in. For example, draft/trade deadlines impact availability. That said, folks were amiable and helpful from start to finish - especially during the onsite.

Quick and easy. Heard back quickly. Asked basic questions and team was very nice. I was asked both questions about my resume and then some situational questions. The entire process took about 30 minutes on zoom. Before the zoom, I was given a phone screening about a week ro two prior.
