30 minute phone interview with recruiter including the typical screening questions followed by a 60 minute video call with hiring manager. The second interview was scheduled promptly a day after the initial phone screen.

First round interview was over the phone and included the basic background questions and examples of my performance in similar roles. The interviewer was friendly and professional, asking situational and behavioral questions related to sales strategy, account management, and customer engagement. It lasted about 30 minutes and focused on alignment with the company’s mission and sales culture.
