The CEO was late by about 10 mins for a 15-minute interview. There was no apology on his part. The interview lasted for about 3 mins tops where I was asked one question. Then he told me he had to hop on another call and that they would send me a test which I need to complete soon as possible because they needed to make a decision quickly. No surprises nothing was ever sent other than a rejection email.
