They said you seem great and will follow up with you by next week.
Then get ghosted by Reyes. Follow up with the company directly- get ghosted again.
Months later, see the job posting still active online and on their website.
Contacted via email, then requested to do an assessment to see how I respond to specific customer service questions, and then it is reviewed by the employer. If they think you would be a good fit, then they will coordinate a zoom interview.
