Drove to Midland and interviewed early morning. Talked with 2 different managers. Seemed a little unorganized. Less than a month later, offered a job. Once I started, I realized it was an HR miscommunication. The managers were very competent. HR has since revamped their processes and it is more streamlined. Their communications are better.
