      Applications Developer Interview

      7 May 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Charlotte, NC
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Pinstripe Inc (Charlotte, NC) in May 2011

      Interview

I found the posting on craigslist and submitted my resume. They called and did a 30 minute for interview, at the end of which, they asked my salary requirements. At the time, I didn't have a degree, and I had 6 months of experience. I told them what I was expecting. There was no negotiating. The manager said if I wouldn't except what he offered, which was $20,000 below the low end of entry level, then there was no point in talking anymore. I then went for a face to face interview. They ended up hiring someone else, but 6 months later called me and offered me the position.
