The interview process was smooth and consisted of three processes spanning three weeks in total.
1.) Phone Interview with the recruiter. This is a basic interview with a few behavioral questions about your interest, what you know about the company, past job experiences etc. (Ex: Why do you want to work for PinnacleART? etc)
2.) Phone Interview with Project Lead. This consisted of behavioral and team management questions. (Ex: Do you prefer to work on a team or independently? How do you prioritize? What was the hardest thing for you when you attended school? etc)
3.) Panel interview with a recruiter, project lead, project engineer/asset integrity analyst and business/operations coordinator. This session's questions' are a combination of the types of questions asked in the previous phases (Ex: Tell me about yourself. Name a time you failed at something. What is one your weaknesses? etc). This is to test your ability to properly and correctly answer questions in front of a group while maintaining professionalism. During the visit, you will get to tour the campus, speak to a few employees etc. Personally, the entire process was about an 1hr 15mins. There were no trick questions, the process was professional yet relaxed, questions were straightforward and they were welcoming and friendly.
I received my job offer two business days after the interview.
