The individual interview itself took about 20 minutes, but the colective interview and group dinamics lasted half a day. First there was a power point presentation that the managers did explaning about the company and the new openong branch they were recruiting for. then, there were many smal group challenges we had to complete. At the end, a brief individual interview with one of the branch managers.
