I interviewed for a Staff role in their databases org. I was told the position was in NY and would involve relocation. I was fine with it. After a HM screen, there was a coding screen and I thought it went quite well. I was asking to share my screen but IntelliJ in screen share mode can become quite slow (something for applicants to watch out for). I updated my memory settings but it was still a bit slower. I was able to complete a portion of what was asked but for the portion that I completed, the interviewer seemed satisfied and thus I was moved to the full loop. A round with product. Another for coding and the last for system design. Coding was done early in the morning as the interviewer was in Europe. This time I did the interview in Python using PyCharm instead of IntelliJ. The interview completed well within the hour and there was enough time for me to ask questions as well (including the interviewer stating that this was the fastest this was done). I was eventually told that my coding didn't meet the bar and thus they aren't moving forward with my candidacy
