I was Interviewed by two employees with far less experience than I have. One of them was very concerned about my straight forward answers and knowledge - he commented that I was arrogant. I have never been told that before in an interview and, in fact, was interviewed at two other companies the same week and was offered both jobs. They commented they couldn't find "professional mortgage people in Tucson" and I'm sure they can't based on my experience. This company is still looking for several key positions that have been posted for months now. I'd suggest upper management get a handle on this or stop wasting the time of "professional mortgage people" of Tucson.
