Zoom type meeting for interview pretty typical questions. Drug screening required even though they are with Amazon they do not follow Amazon drug screening policy. The interviewer was amazing. The rest of their process was very confusing and I still don't understand what happened really.

No interview personally, however some people were interviewed before being hired (I’m assuming this was due to my previous CSR background) Overall fantastic company to work for, however a challenging job at times
