They will contact you about a interview time, then they will not show up on time, nor be available to answer why they were a no show. Then contact you the next day like nothing happened to reschedule

I left in the interview because it was a zoom call with like twenty people in it. The call was supposed to be around 45 minutes long and the interviewer asked us to open a 7 page pdf. It was more like a introduction to the company with no gurantee of being hired. I left because I can already see that the company doesnt value people's time or really care about who they are hiring. It just didn't feel like a good fit.
