Premier contact lors d'un entretien RH. Aucune mise en contexte, aucun relationnel, 30mn dans un créneau en mode robot. Aucune explication des attentes, des défis du job. Juste de la prise d'information unilatérale. Dommage pour cette expérience pas très heureuse.

Unstructured and the HR rep was all over the place. They rescheduled me 3 times, cancelled one day and then asked me mid interview to try again next week. It was frustrating to have to take time off work for nothing to happen multiple times.
- Manager Call - getting to know me and my skills - Manager + Teammates with case study + writing answers to 5 mains questions. - Director - cultural fit
