Walk-ins fill out application in store and are able to speak to a manager that very day. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. I received a call within 3 days to go in for a group interview. casual and fun interview. They do a role playing activity to get a feel for your selling skills. no sweat if you've got retail experience.

Question 1
Name the most difficult obstacle you were faced with at a previous job and explain how you overcame that obstacle.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.

It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
