Interview
Applied online and received a phone call within a few days. I went in for interview, it was basic interview questions asking about work history, then some business questions. Then you have to role-play as a sales associate trying to sale to a "customer", you need to tell the benefits of an item of merchandise and work with the customer on how they could incorporate it into their home.

Interview
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
