Interview
The interview is relatively easy. It's usually a group interview with 2 or 3 more people. You will go through the regular question/answer game with the Store Manager, then will move on to a role play section of the interview. The role play is just basic "oh, you're interested in this sofa" and "get this credit card" kind of stuff. They get back to you within 10 days, which can be a pretty long period of time.

Interview
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
