Pretty standard. Recruiter screening followed by a first round with the hiring manager and then a few interviews with a panel of peers and other managers within the org.
My interview with the hiring manager was disappointing to say the least. She was condescending, arrogant, and largely incompetent.
I asked a question about the planning process and the response was "oh you know you're probably just fresh out of school so I'll just tell you it's not like you learned in your classes. We do it in a way that's unique to us." Congratulations on your innovation I guess, but I've got 4 years of strategy experience and have gone through this process for years now. If you haven't read my resume, just say so.
Only real probing question asked was related to data and it was framed so clumsily that I had no what the interviewer was hoping to hear. I asked follow up questions and got no clarity. I believe the exact wording was "So we use data here for the job. Tell me how you use data"
Overall, negative experience. Piedmont might be a good organization, but this was a bad experience and I wouldn't take a second interview if they offered it.
