There were three rounds of interviews. 1st Round: Quick interview at their office in Winston- Salem. The assistant manager sat down and asked a few question about what I was looking for and briefly told me about the position. They let me know if I made it through to the 2nd round interview they'd call me before the end of the day. 2nd Round: I met with one of their Campaign Managers out at one of the campaigns they were running. They asked me more about myself, background and what I was looking for. They showed me the event and what they did in they're entry level position. We sat back down and discussed the opportunity they were able to provide, went of scheduling and their pay structure. They told me that they would compare notes from the two interviews and would call me back the following business day. 3rd Round: I was able to sit down with the owner who went over everything thus far. They answered any questions I still had and then made sure this was an opportunity I was looking for. After, they told me they'd call before the end of the day to offer me the position or not.
