I applied through other source. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Picarro in May 2010
Interview
THey interviewed me over and over for 6 months. Their upper management kept changing so they kept calling me in for interviews. Eventually I just gave up on them- a company that takes 6-7 months to decide on an engineer can't be the best place to work for.
Traditional interview process. Met with my boss, then my boss' boss, and finally my boss' boss' boss. The interview was more technical, but considering I was a fresh graduate it was nothing too terribly difficult.
