The interview process at PhysicsX is multi-stage and thorough. It includes a problem-solving Python test and multiple face-to-face interviews. While the process can be lengthy due to the time needed to coordinate the various stages, it is designed to be comprehensive. The overall experience was challenging, with a strong focus on technical aspects related to CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis). It is also important to mention that the interview process is designed to understand previous experience and how it can be integrated into the team. Throughout the process, I received valuable feedback at each stage, which was very helpful. Notably, I was not successful on my first attempt, but I was very interested in the company, so I applied again within a year. The team was very nice and accommodating, making the experience positive and encouraging.
