Physicians for Human Rights Program Officer, Sexual Violence In Conflict Zones interview questions

Applied 07/31/2022, and had an interview with an HR rep on 08/15/2022. Seemed like it was a reasonable enough span of time. After the interview, I heard nothing at all until October 14th. I emailed once after about a month asking for an update, and the HR rep said they didn't know any update at all for the position yet. Most likely they are unorganized and not very good communicators.
