1st interview - 15 mins phone interview with recruiter
Post 1st interview, a case study to present in the next 45 mins interview, waited 3 days to hear back from recruiter to move forward in the interview process, case study presentation and questions with director of CS. Recruiter was wonderful to communicate with during my interview process.
For the role compensation and what was given in order to complete and present a case study based on information about the product found on the internet in my opinion is too much expectation for an entry level job with low pay range. I don’t think it’s fair to expect your candidate to be providing more recommendations for the case study when they don’t even know knowledge of the product inside and out to a mock client. And also expecting the candidate to provide answers more in depth and again for an entry level role shows me in a way that the role isn’t what it seems and will be asking more of you than the role responsibilities, which I am seeming to read it may be so from there employee reviews on here.
Clarify the Request and Set Expectations (needing help from other departments, client request need to be done by someone else, how do i ensure the work is done and up to standard)
I applied online. I interviewed at Phreesia (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2025
Interview
The recruiter was really lovely. The initial screening was more in depth than I expected. I was asked a few behavioural based questions and although I didn't hear back from them within the given timeframe, they still let me know the outcome and gave feedback. Something to note, the interview with the manager starts off with more behavioural questions and time is allocated towards the end for you to go through your presentation
The interview process is quite long but well thought out and not too challenging. However there was some work that had to be prepared for a powerpoint presentation before the interview
