The interview process consisted of two interviews — first with HR and then with the Hiring Manager — followed by a case study. The case study included some technical exercises using their TMS and a few questions about their product and processes. The communication throughout was clear and the hiring team was very friendly and professional. The only downside was that the process took a bit longer than expected, around a month in total, but overall it was a positive and well-structured experience.
