You first meet up in the office with both the head of HR and another lead developer. Talk for almost an hour about the company and its product and what you want from this position and what they can offer you etc etc.
A few days after you get contacted to come in (if both parties are satisfied with the initial meeting) for a technical interview for 1 hour of Java/Android grilling (No shortcuts, you must know most of the architecture components and Java in depth).
After a few more days you get called with details about your interview and your result.
Overall one of my better job interview experiences.
HR keeps constant contact and works surprisingly fast on the whole process.
