Interview
Because I had previous experience, I was hired the same day. Had I known or asked enough questions regarding the day to day operations I would have reconsidered. I was allowed to walk around the facility and shown the different phases of the production process.
The interview went very well I thought. The company has core beliefs on honesty and integrity, which I believe highly in. Began the interview with HR and then two other men joined the interview. The lead drafter and drafting manager. When the interview was concluded, they provided me a tour of the facility. It is an outstanding company and I am praying to be offered a position with them.
