The interview process was relaxed and friendly overall, but it lasted more than three hours. It was divided into three separate sections, each with a different group of interviewers. One panel consisted of scientists who focused on technical and research-related questions, while another involved operations staff discussing workflow and collaboration. The structure allowed me to meet a variety of team members and gain a good understanding of the role and company culture.

One thing they asked me was to describe a previous project I had worked on, including the challenges I faced, how I overcame them, and what I learned from the experience.
The interview was with very friendly staff that were more than happy happy to answer questions about the culture and environment within the workplace. I was introduced to many people within the small work force with everything explained in clear detail
