The process included:
1. Phone interview
2. A face-to-face interview with the hiring manager
3. A face-to-face interview with the director of the department
4. Reliability test
5. Referral call
6. Salary offer
They did all the interviews in the office and not a Zoom meeting - I don't know if they do Zoom interviews or not
