Phone screening followed by quick phone interview. After selected brought in for Console test. Once you pass the test an interview is setup. Panel interview with behavioral type questions.

Interview
Went in and did a test on a computer, it was more of a module that tested how you perform under pressure. After that I immediately went into a room where a panel of 8 interviewers asked several questions.
